E-Mail marketing – Art or Science?

Huge dairy thanks to the E-Business Club today for a very useful training session this morning on e-mail marketing.
The dairy is a big fan of this tactical marketing approach and use Campaign Monitor regularly to send large quantity e-mailers out to our own database or on behalf of clients. However – there is always something new to learn – and this session didn’t disappoint!
